Reservation Policy
To secure your preferred slot, payment must be completed upon making a reservation. This policy helps ensure fair booking availability and prevents spam or non-serious reservations.

Weather and Rescheduling Policy
Our pickleball court is roofed, so games will continue during rain. However, in case of heavy rain where water may enter the court or affect playing conditions, rescheduling is encouraged for everyone's safety and comfort.

Rescheduling is allowed for confirmed and fully paid bookings, subject to court availability. Kindly notify us as early as possible should you wish to request a new schedule.

CLAYGO Policy
Please practice Clean As You Go (CLAYGO). Dispose of all trash properly, collect your personal belongings, and help keep the court clean for the next players. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant playing environment for everyone.

Court Lights Reminder
For bookings scheduled between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, please remember to switch off all court lights after your playing session. This helps us conserve energy and keep operating costs manageable for everyone.
